I bought a tweed winter jacket from Aura Smartwatch on 9th January, it arrived two weeks later. The sizing did not match the measurements on the website size guide and consequently did not fit me. I requested a refund on the same day it arrived, giving reasons and sending photographs.The response was a denial that the garment was faulty. After many fruitless communications with the company, UK Trading Standards have been notified.
Steer clear of this company.

Very poor quality fabric and cut. Refuse to allow returns and do not appear to comply with legislation designed to protect consumers. Still trying to get my money refunded

I bought a jacket that turned out to be nowhere near the size it was supposed to be. Messages I had in reply to my emails are all full of 'gushing' apologies and 'gooey' platitudes ...... but they still want me to return the goods to....... CHINA!
These are a UK company (they say) but they are using this international barrier to block any possibility of them paying my refund!
