Returns and Refunds

60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Your Aura Smartwatch product is warranted against defective or broken pieces for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the delivery date. If you have any issues please do this:

DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase. In order to return your defective product as fast as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk that includes the following information:
  2. Order number (Ex: #S123456)
  3. A description of the issue.
  4. Picture/s or video/s where the issue is visible.
  5. Subject the email as "Return request - Order #12345"
  6. Follow the customer service team's instructions.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS A RESULT OF NOT CORRECT USE, TAMPERING, ACCIDENT, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY

If 60 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, we can't offer you a refund or a replacement. Anyway, you are welcome to contact us for an exception.

Replacement requests always receive priority handling at Aura Smartwatch. We realize the delays they can cause. Nonetheless, they are subject to availability.

Aura Smartwatch is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of defective goods.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Delivery time is not a reason for a refund unless it complies with our shipping guarantee which you can read in our shipping policy. Please notice that we will keep 15% of the price to cover operative costs.

If your return is accepted, you should mail your product to the address provided by e-mail. 

DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase.

In compliance with international regulations, you have the right to 14 days no ask return policy. If this is the case you will have to pay only the return label cost.

Non-returnable items:

The digital products we offer for sale are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for support. You can reach us via email at support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. Consider that the card company can take from 5-12 days before the refund is reflected in your account. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your card company first. 

If you haven't received your refund after this, please contact us at support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, our product has fragile items that may get damaged in the shipping process.

If this is the case, Please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to send a picture showing the damaged item, the packaging, and the label. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier, which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

In this case, we can offer a replacement at no cost to you. Please remember that if you do not comply with these terms, we cannot offer a free replacement.

Claims by not delivered Items (if applicable)

The shipping guaranteed time is 50 days, as you can see in our shipping policy. Receive your order in 50 days or a full refund. (Why that much? Because we use the same policy worldwide, and some countries have a significant delay in their customs nowadays). You're more than welcome to contact us at support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk to get assistance with your order.

If the customer is not happy regarding the shipping times, the customer is more than welcome to ask for a refund process, following our refund conditions mentioned before.

NOTE: DELAYS DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION COULD AFFECT THE SHIPPING TIME. We cannot predict when it will get delayed. We are giving the best of us to keep providing you with the best quality of service possible!

"Missing Item" (if applicable)

If you didn't receive the entire order, it could be for 2 reasons:

  • We sent the packages separately because of the maximum weight.
  • An item is missing due to a human mistake.

For both cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need some evidence that the order is not complete. So please attach a picture of what you received with the receipt.

With that information, we can evaluate the situation and take proper action.

Cancel Orders (if applicable)

If for any reason you want to cancel your order before we fulfill it, we can offer you a refund.

To cancel your order please contact our team as soon as possible, we recommend it within the first few hours after order placement due to our fast fulfillment process.

In this case, you'll receive your money (shipping included), but we have to keep X GBP [This number is 0.15x Product price] of costs that are out of our hands, this includes payment gateway fees, operative costs, and others.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk, and we will manage it as soon as possible!

Extended Warranty (if applicable)

Aura Smartwatch offers an extended warranty for all of our products. The extended warranty costs $14.99 and provides two years of coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship. To purchase an extended warranty, simply add it to your cart when you checkout.

Coverage

The extended warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the one-year warranty period. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Broken parts
  • Defective product
  • Manufacturing errors

Exclusions

The extended warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Damage caused by accidents or other acts of God
  • Normal wear and tear

Claims

To file a claim under the extended warranty, please contact Aura Smartwatch customer service at support@aurasmartwatch.co.uk. We will need to verify the purchase of the extended warranty and the date of the defect. Once the claim is approved, we will ship you a replacement product.

Return Policy

The extended warranty is not refundable.

Purchase in Cart

You can purchase the extended warranty in your cart when you are checking out. Simply select the "Extended Warranty" checkbox and enter your payment information. The extended warranty will be added to your order.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an extended warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The extended warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
  • The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse.
  • The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or other acts of God.
  • The extended warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • To file a claim under the extended warranty, you must contact Aura Smartwatch customer service within two years of the date of the defect.
Aura Smartwatch reserves the right to deny any claim that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of this extended warranty.
